life. The Spa is set in a comfortable, elegant and soothing environment.
Their licensed estheticians, massage therapists, hair designers
and nail technicians provided service surpassing our expectations!
Our female reviewer received a Salt glow and
massage, next a light Therapy Facial (the latest
facial therapy for non invasive wrinkle correction), then a Pedicure
and finally Blow dry and Make over. Wow!
She looked so fabulous and ready for a night on the town. Our
male reviewer enjoyed a herbal wrap, massage,
and an European facial completed with a manicure.
They both looked so amazing and ready for a special dinner at the Goldener
Hirsch.
Our writers were hosted at this very
elegant location in Deer Valley. The
Goldener Hirsch is also an Inn of 20 intimate rooms
and suites with elegantly hand-painted, hand-carved furniture
imported from Austria and of course their fabulous restaurant
menu!

contemporary Continental and American cuisine in an elegant Austrian
setting. They have received the Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence

Jean Louis Montecot, Executive Chef at the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant,
creates menus that combine the best of Continental and American cuisine—everything
from pine nut-crusted trout to a delicious, inventive homemade “s’mores.” His
focus is always on quality, freshness, flavor, and creativity. He is
a member of the Cordon Bleu Society of Chefs, Chef Montecot is recognized
by the James Beard Foundation as one of the “Top Hotel Chefs” in
America as well as the past personal chef for Jackie Kennedy-Onasis and
Frank Sinatra. A truly exceptional dining experience!
This unique “Boutique
Hotel” had a lot to offer, with very specialized service!
When we arrived we both felt the special attentive service presented
at Club Lespri. We were shown to our room, designed to give you the feel
that it is your own personal sanctuary.
Each luxury hotel suite features elegant décor,
richly furnished and decorated for function as well as luxurious
style.
After we settled in we enjoyed the steam and whirlpool before
preparing for our special dinner at:

Our table overlooked Main Street. The trees were
all lit up with little white lights which gave this restaurant
a very whimsical look.
The food was exceptional! Each course was anticipated. We were able to
try four of their most popular soups, Wow! They have a special culinary
gift for developing fantastic soup! Next we were dazzled with a very
unique salad presentation of grapes, greens, roasted walnuts and gorgonzola
cheese-Wonderful!
Then the main course, of roasted duck served with red onion Comfit also
served with a braised cabbage and orange Marsalis sauce. Our other main
entry was Osseo Buco Milanese, they were both exceptional!
Can you believe that we actually had room for their dessert selection?
Make sure not to miss the three we enjoyed: Vanilla Bean Crème
Brule, Glazed Chocolate Tartufo, and Carmel Apple Brown Butter Tartlet.
This is an exceptional restaurant and
