Finest Health Spas - Winter Tour 2002-2003
Park City, Utah and Salt Lake City, Utah
Part Two
The second evening here, we enjoyed the Wahso Asian Grill. This is a more upscale restaurant and the food quality was outstanding!

If you're looking for a fabulous getaway, this 110 year old Victorian mansion with all its extra special magical touches is a must to investigate. The Angel House Inn built in 1889 and restored in 1989 by Jan and Joe Rush, sits on a ski run located in the rugged Wasatch Mountains. There is a mystical ambiance to this historic house.

They offer unique amenities such as in-house massage (by Seasons Day Spa see review), aromatherapy lotions, down comforters, fine linens, and the full gourmet breakfast that can be served in your room if you wish. It includes home baked goodies, fresh fruit, juice, and cereal. English tea, herbal tea and coffee will start your day off right. Did I mention, they have worked out some spa specials with “The Silver Mountain Spa” that are absolutely irresistible!

When we arrived we were shown to our beautifully decorated guest rooms.
Our male writer was in the room called “Michael”; it was very masculine, yet elegant. We were told that this is the room where most marriage proposals have taken place. Outside this room’s window, you can see the town chair lift and skiers go whooshing by!

Our female writer was in the room called “Rafael”; her room was very large with a big fire place, vaulted ceilings and a sitting area. The views from her room were quite lovely as well, displaying the mountains and some of the Park city area.

The first night at the Angel House Inn our writers were hosted for dinner at “Chenez’”.
This elegant and intimate restaurant was conveniently located just down the street from the Angel House Inn.

The owner, Joseph Jafarian welcomed us at the door and made us feel like we had come to his home for dinner.

This is one of the only restaurants that still offers “tableside” course preparation! The food was so outstanding, that we recommended this restaurant to many of the guests staying at the Angel House who were celebrating anniversaries. We tried many of the signature dishes on the menu and were so delighted with the quality and presentation.

This location is very noteworthy for your stay in Park City.
Angel House Inn

On our second day ...

at Angel House Inn, we enjoyed a very special breakfast in their beautiful dinning room, overlooking the ski run, just outside the front door.

After breakfast we were directed to the “Silver Mountain Spa” for an incredible day of spa treatments!
