The atmosphere provides great tranquility and beauty. The guest quarters are fully furnished villas, with secluded retreats to encourage relaxation and reflection. We especially enjoyed the facility features which included : Guest Lounge, entertainment center, reading library, games, fitness center featuring state-of-the-art equipment, indoor and outdoor sports, classes and activities including studio and aqua aerobics, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and flex-a-ball; pool and state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen.

The special feature about the location was the Island itself. There was 12 miles of white sandy beaches, horseback ridding, golf and tennis, sea kayaking, parasailing, water skiing, deep-sea fishing, dolphin tours, forest preserves, cultural activities, historic tours, bike paths, walking and hiking trails.
